Your responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to designated senior leaders across the business, aligning people strategy with business objectives to support growth, performance, and scalability.
  • Coach and guide leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership development, while supporting workforce planning across multiple countries.
  • Drive talent and performance initiatives that enable high-performing teams, foster a strong feedback culture, and support engagement and retention.
  • Play a key role in organizational design and transformation, acting as a change partner during periods of growth and evolution.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations topics, partnering with legal and external advisors where needed, while also contributing to shaping and embedding Verda’s culture and values across teams.
  • Help design and continuously improve global People programs and processes, using data and insights to inform decisions and increase impact.
  • Be a team leader of a team of People Business Partners.

Your key competencies

  • 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and employee relations
  • Experience working across international or multi-country environments
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • High emotional intelligence and strong coaching capability
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Collaborative and culturally aware
  • Team lead experience

Practicalities

  • Location: London
  • Hybrid mode: 3 days a week from the office either in London
  • Employment type: Full-time and permanent
  • Reporting line: VP People
