The business has been designing, building, and managing car parks since 1931, with a long history of innovation and focus on seamless customer experiences. NCP works with a wide range of clients, including institutional, corporate and private landlords, and local authorities.
Role Description
The Lead People Experience & Learning Partner is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for part of the week to be worked from home. This role leads the design and delivery of people experience strategies, including engagement, culture, and talent development initiatives across the business. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs, creating and implementing learning and development programs, and supporting performance, career progression, and succession planning. The role also involves analyzing people data and feedback to improve employee experience, overseeing learning content, and coordinating with HR colleagues to ensure policies, processes, and communications are consistent and inclusive. The partner will be expected to influence senior stakeholders, manage key projects, and champion continuous improvement in how teams are supported and developed.

Qualifications

- Experience in people experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture, with the ability to design and implement initiatives that support a positive workplace.
- Strong background in learning and development, including needs analysis, program design, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and collaboration, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Competence in using HR and people analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Knowledge of HR best practice, employment law basics, and inclusive people policies that support diversity, equity, and accessibility.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex, evolving environment.
- Proven experience in a similar HR, people experience, or L&D leadership role, ideally within a multi-site or customer-focused organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; professional HR or L&D certification is an advantage.
