Lead People Partner
We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning multi educational institution with educational sites across London and the South East, who are looking to appoint a Lead People Partner on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based from home, but covering sites in Kent when needed.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of line managing people at partner-level along with leading on complex employee relations cases.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Line managing a People Partner, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance support to ensure effective HR service delivery and professional growth
- Lead on complex employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and long-term sickness cases, ensuring fair resolutions and compliance with employment law
- Providing guidance on a wide range of people matters, with reference to company policies
- Coaching and guiding an array of stakeholders including Head Teachers, Board Members, Chief Executives and Senior Management, through difficult and complex people matters
- Using and applying knowledge of employment legislation and law, to support senior members of staff on issues such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management, restructuring and maternity
- Collating data and HR reports as required to assist with issues like gender pay gap, pay progression and Freedom of Information requests

Experience required:
- Experience required in Strategic HR projects
- Experience working in a client facing role

Working hours:
- 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM -5:30PM (4:30 finish on Fridays)
