Job Opportunity for Pharmacist at Worthing Hospital

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our team at Worthing Hospital. This role is ideal for a pharmacist looking to gain leadership experience in Aseptics/Cancer Services. This post offers opportunities to gain new skills and take on increased responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be supported by a dedicated education and training team, ensuring continuous professional development and growth.

This is a really exciting opportunity to shape the development of the service at Worthing Hospital. With early discussions about a centralised Aseptic Unit within Sussex, this is a perfect opportunity to be part of this project and shape the service to the Trust.

This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route, however, sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
