Lead Power Platform Consultant – Remote (UK) - c£70K
A growing Microsoft Consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Power Platform Consultant to take ownership of enterprise customer engagements, delivering end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions for a diverse client portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established consulting practice where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape digital transformation strategies, architect scalable solutions and lead projects from discovery through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Alongside technical leadership, you'll play a key role in mentoring consultants, driving best practice and helping to grow the consulting capability.

- Lead end-to-end customer engagements, acting as the primary consultant and trusted technical advisor
- Architect enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse
- Define solution roadmaps, delivery backlogs and phased implementation plans aligned to business objectives
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Design environment strategies, security models, licensing approaches and governance frameworks
- Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex customer requirements and emerging technologies
- Oversee solution delivery through analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and transition into support
- Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder communications throughout the delivery lifecycle

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse
- Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements from discovery through to delivery
- Strong solution architecture skills with the ability to design scalable, secure and supportable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technical leaders
- Experience defining solution roadmaps, managing backlogs and prioritising business requirements
