We are looking to recruit a Lead Practice Nurse to provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and deliver high-quality nursing care to the practice population. The post holder will be responsible for managing and developing nursing services, maintaining clinical standards, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The post holder must have previous experience working as a Practice Nurse.

The Lead Practice Nurse will work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, administrative staff, community teams, and external organisations to provide safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
