As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions -- we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.
Make an Impact at RSM UK
We are looking for a Lead Presentation Designer to join RSM UK’s Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) team. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our Creative Studio and act as our most senior presentation designer, the person who works directly with our CEO and with national and global leaders to bring strategy and the firm’s key growth agenda to life. The presentations you build are not decoration. They carry the argument. When a leader stands up to set direction, win a mandate or move a room, your work is what makes the thinking land and is clear, credible and impossible to look away from.
Your primary stakeholder is our CEO. That means the work matters, the standard is uncompromising, and the demand is intense and variable. When a high-stakes moment lands, a board session, a market announcement, a keynote, you own it, iterating fast, late if it needs to be, until it is exceptional. This is an agency mindset applied to the most senior audience in the firm, you take the tough brief and the short runway, and you make the work materially better every pass. You will also raise the standard for everyone else, setting the bar for how the firm presents and helping others reach it.
This is a senior role for someone who loves presentation design and is genuinely exceptional at it. Not a stepping stone, not a production line, the craft you want to be the best in the country at, working at the level where it counts most.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Owning the narrative, interrogating raw content and finding the story before you tell it, shaping the narrative rather than just executing someone else’s
- Setting the craft standard, designing to the highest standard for the CEO and senior national and global leaders, translating complex, sensitive material into compelling, clear visual communication that holds up in the most demanding rooms
- Bringing genuine motion and animation craft including advanced PowerPoint animation and transitions, master-slide and template architecture, and the judging to reach for After Effects or Premiere when a moment needs more than slides can give
- Making data land, building charts, diagrams, illustrations and data visualisations that make dense information immediately legible
- Responding to high-intensity, high-profile requests at pace, iterating with a leader in real time and staying calm and sharp when the stakes and the tempo are both high
- Leading on AI-enabled ways of working by championing AI in the creative process as the firm rolls out Microsoft 365 Copilot and using Copilot for PowerPoint and generative tools such as Gamma and Beautiful.ai to work faster and better, and then training and coaching colleagues across the business so the whole firm raises its game
- Developing and stewarding the presentation templates, master slides and assets that let others produce polished, on-brand, on-standard material, raising the floor of everything the firm puts on a screen
What we are looking for:
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Around 6+ years’ experience with a clear focus on presentation and communication design, including agency exposure and ideally professional services, corporate communications or a comparable high-stakes environment
- Exceptional, demonstrable PowerPoint skill, including advanced animation, master-slide management and template creation, with a portfolio that proves it
- A real love of the craft. You want to design presentations, keep getting better, and be recognised for it
- The ability to take complex, unstructured content and find the argument
- Sound judgement with confidential and market-sensitive material, and the discretion the most senior audiences in a professional services firm require.
- Agency-honed temperament, you take ownership of high-stakes, time-critical moments and stay calm and sharp under pressure, flexing when a major moment demands it
- Confidence and maturity with senior stakeholders, you can hold your own, challenge and earn the trust of the most senior people in the firm
- Fluency with AI tools in a creative workflow and the generosity and clarity to train and coach others to use them well
