Champions the prioritization of products and features by evaluating business value, feasibility, and user needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle's goals and strategies. Leads the engagement of key strategic customers, non-customers, partners, and industry analysts to obtain market information and discover opportunities for product portfolio/product area. Establishes strategies to identify customer needs and market opportunities, guiding teams to develop highly complex solutions and validate them. Provides strategic guidance to team members on maintaining the roadmap for multiple products/features, drives delivery excellence, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Acts as an innovation leader within the Line of Business (LOB) and sets the overall strategy and direction of products, driving initiatives and setting the long-term vision. Champions the adoption of new methodologies for new feature development. Drives the sharing of strategic insights with cross-functional partners and Lines of Business (LOB). Owns transformative business impact across LOB and oversees standards of success metrics criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) for multiple products. Champions the customer's needs throughout the product lifecycle and prioritizes critical customer issues. Proactively seeks out customers to gather feedback and align product capabilities with highly valued customers' business goals. Leads the go-to-market efforts, strategically recruits and supports key early adopters, and defines and tracks product adoption metrics for multiple product lines to drive adoption and product improvement.
