CALLING ALL Senior Event Producers/ Lead Event Producers ready for the next step, or ambitious Project Directors looking for a fresh challenge. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning agency delivering high-profile experiences for some of the world's leading brands.

A fantastic opportunity to deliver ambitious live experiences from concept through to execution. This role combines strategic project leadership, client relationship management and commercial responsibility, offering the chance to work on high-profile projects alongside a talented multidisciplinary team. Ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and bringing creative ideas to life.

What you'll be doing...

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences and brand experiences.
  • Own project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with creative, production and content teams to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional experiences.
  • Manage project commercials, including forecasting, purchasing, profitability and reconciliation.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, creating a positive, high-performing environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a smooth delivery experience for clients and stakeholders.

What experience you'll need to apply...

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering live events, conferences, exhibitions or experiential campaigns.
  • Strong project leadership skills with experience managing multiple complex workstreams.
  • Excellent client management experience and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Commercial and budgeting expertise with responsibility for project profitability.
  • A strong understanding of production and delivery processes.
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ideal:

  • B2B events experience.
  • Pitch and new business experience.
  • Experience working with global brands.
