Job Description
You will own the end-to-end production of a diverse portfolio of client work, moving seamlessly from vision to delivery. This hybrid role combines senior production expertise with strategic client management, ensuring every project—from YouTube shows to newsletters—exceeds expectations while raising creative standards across the business for some of the world's most innovative firms.

What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day production of outstanding content across video, podcasts, and campaigns from initial concept through to last-mile distribution.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them develop ideas worth making and turning broad objectives into clear, high-impact creative concepts.
- Manage production logistics, including budgets, schedules, and a network of freelancers and suppliers to ensure flawless execution under pressure.
The ideal candidate
- You have 5+ years of professional content production experience within production companies, television, creator businesses, or high-end branded content agencies.
- You are a natural storyteller who can write and edit, with the ability to take an idea from a blank page through scripting and filming to final delivery.
- You possess strong client-facing skills and the creative judgement to help senior stakeholders shape ambitious visions rather than simply taking orders.
