Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Product Analysts to support our Business Operations team, working on Wise Business, our international business account.
The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth.
An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day-to-day finances.
The Business Operations team operates at the intersection of Product and Servicing, ensuring that our servicing scales in line with the evolution of the product whilst tackling key pain points our customers experience in dealing with our servicing teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Derive actionable insights from data to drive the team's strategy and inform product decisions.
- Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop compelling narratives to help your team understand their progress.
- Ensure accurate, impactful, fast decision making with high quality analysis, helping us to iterate faster.
- Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self-serve.
- Identify & evaluate high impact opportunities, find ways to support & accelerate or identify and advocate for better alternatives.
- Take ownership of complex cross-team projects; in particular help product & operational teams across Wise Business better understand and size the impact of friction originating from their domains on customer retention so they can better prioritize fixing them.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re an expert in SQL and you know your way around BI platforms (Looker, Tableau) to enable self-service analytics.
Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triage requests by impact and you know when and how to adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicator - you cut through the noise, communicating what matters in a way that people get it. You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power.
Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative, you know how to influence using data and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action - you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs.
- Prior experience working with customer support, fincrime or servicing analytics.
Additional Information
What do we offer:
- Salary: £75,000 - £115,000
- Company Restricted Stock Units
