Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join the Onboarding squad and the Account Access & Recovery team. The team owns key core flows helping guide users as they register, access and recover their Wise account.

As a Lead Product Analyst, your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of our customers as they register to Wise for the first time and/or need to access their account, partner with your cross-functional team to solve the most critical pain points they are facing, drive strategy and growth by providing data driven insights and recommendations. This would mean finding the right balance and friction to deflect bad actors whilst providing legitimate users with a good experience.

In this role, you will also have a unique opportunity to work across a horizontal team and collaborate with other domains like Onboarding, Fincrime, Finance, Product verticals and so on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
