Job Description
We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to partner with our product, engineering, risk and compliance teams to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling risk controls and assurance across our products.
The focus of this team is to ensure continuous regulatory compliance across all our product streams. We’re the team that builds guardrails that ensure that our customers can transact on the platform with a peace of mind, knowing that their accounts and funds are kept safe, and products adhere to global regulatory standards.
How you’ll contribute:
- Scale and improve our risk data infrastructure to enable our regional teams to dissect metrics at granular levels to proactively identify and mitigate against drivers of risk.
- Building out the metrics to monitor our controls and ensure that they are performing as required, as well as supporting control testing processes.
- Establish control efficiency frameworks by analysing whether controls are effectively reducing risk while not adversely impacting growth.
- Partner with product, engineering, product risk and compliance and other cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions with data around regional controls and risk.
- Partner closely with FinCrime to add a regional lens on global risk engines to ensure local risk typologies are monitored and appropriately managed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
