ABOUT WISE PLATFORM
Wise Platform takes all of the world-class payments products Wise has built over the last 15 years and enables hundreds of millions of consumers and businesses to access them in the places where they already move and manage their money - with banks and large tech platforms.
Today, we’re already powering payments for some of the world’s top neobanks like Monzo, N26, and Nubank, alongside a growing list of leading global banks such as UniCredit, Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered, to name a few. In the tech platforms space, we’re powering payments for partners across a whole range of industry verticals and use cases. Whether that’s leading marketplaces like Google, Agoda, or Upwork, workforce management tools like Deel, or investment platforms like Interactive Brokers - we’re bringing the power, simplicity, and transparency of Wise to even more people and places.
And, we’re just getting started! Wise Platform is one of the newest and fastest growing products at Wise. We’re a global and highly cross-functional team, spearheading Wise next phase of growth!
Job Description
As the Lead Product Analyst in Cash Management, you’ll sit at the centre of one of Wise Platform’s biggest growth and profitability opportunities: helping the world’s largest banks and platforms manage Liquidity, Settlement and FX with Wise. You’ll build the models, KPIs and decision frameworks that shape our Post-Funding, Conversions and Treasury products, directly influencing take-rate, partner revenue and GTM-strategy. This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-scaling “start-up within a scale-up” environment. You’ll turn ambiguous partner and treasury problems into crisp insights, compelling narratives and clear product bets, working closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Finance to ship improvements that unlock volume, reduce friction, and increase margin.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
