Lead Product and Solutions Specialist
Lead a specialist technical team shaping product strategy across Europe. šLocation: Audenshaw, Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
At Brother International Europe, we're looking for an experienced technical leader to help shape and deliver the future of our European product strategy.
You'll lead a specialist team across product management, technical enablement and pre-sales support, helping shape how Brother products and solutions are positioned, supported and delivered across 20 European markets.
Combining technical expertise with people leadership, you'll develop high-performing specialists, solve complex business challenges and influence product strategy across Europe.

This role sits at the centre of a lot of what makes our Product Strategy team successful.
I'm looking for someone with strong technical credibility who enjoys solving complex challenges, developing others and taking ownership of important decisions. You'll lead an experienced team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across Europe to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of product and solution specialists.
- Set priorities and coordinate delivery across product, technical enablement and pre-sales activities.
- Own team performance, objectives and development.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and commercial enquiries.
- Provide expert guidance across hardware, firmware, networking, security and solution integration topics.
- Support sales teams across Europe with customer opportunities and strategic projects.
- Shape and deliver technical enablement programmes that build capability across the business.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of product, training and pre-sales outputs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Brother Industries Ltd and technology partners.
- Drive continuous improvement across Product Strategy processes and activities.

About You
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- Experience leading technical, pre-sales, product or solutions-focused teams.
- Strong technical knowledge and credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing others.
- A background in technical enablement, product support, solutions consulting or pre-sales activities.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- A recognised technical qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience acting as a trusted technical advisor or escalation point within a complex business environment.
