We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the delivery of governed, reusable data products supporting Operational Resilience across Procurement and Real Estate Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap, backlog, prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery of data products.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Data Governance teams on data models, quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls.
- Drive data quality, continuous improvement, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence, including planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support publishing and adoption of trusted data products across the organisation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Data Product Management / Data Analytics / Data Operations / Data Engineering / MI Delivery.
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience and related data domains.
- Knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
- Experience managing data assets, KPIs, semantic models, and reusable datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Technical literacy with SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms such as GCP BigQuery.
- Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, MVP definition, and release planning.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
