About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada

About the Role

You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centred design solutions that make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery.
  • Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate. You drive it without waiting for a spec.
  • Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You know which metric you are moving and why.
  • Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market.

What good looks like

  • Scope: you own a problem area end to end.
  • Impact: you moved a meaningful metric and can show the before and after.
  • Influence: you raise the bar around you. You give sharp critique. You make junior designers better without being asked to.

About you (who you are)

You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centred design solutions that make a real impact.

Skills & experience

  • Problem definition. You shape the problem, not just the pixels. Using research, data and the input of others, you break the ambiguity down and package it back up into something the team can build. The signal is evidence you helped define the right problem, not just made the screens.
  • Visual craft. Non-negotiable. Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions, used with intent, not decoration. Weak craft is a no, whatever the strategy talk.
  • Accessibility. You design inclusively without being asked. You know why the standard exists, not just what it says, and it shows in judgement calls a checklist cannot make.
  • Systems thinking. You design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI-native interfaces, and contribute to the system others build on. Infrastructure compounds. Single screens do not.
  • Product and commercial sense. You shaped what got built. Metrics, research and commercial awareness sit next to the work. Craft in isolation moves nothing.
  • Communication. Clear, specific, opinionated. You say what you decided and why, and you are just as clear on what you chose not to do and why.
  • Working in the open. You share early and often, and you use critique to sharpen the work. You lift the quality of every review you join.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

How you work with AI

LLMs are already embedded in your workflow.

You prototype in tools like Claude Code and Cursor to test ideas in real code, not just mock them up. Tighter build-measure-learn loops.

The signal is workflow, not tool count. Judgement spent where it counts.

The full stack

We expect you to work end to end, from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing.

  • Your own research and usability testing.
  • Validation and experimentation. You set up A/B tests and read them honestly.
  • UX writing. In a regulated market, this is craft and compliance at once.
  • Problem definition. Break it down. Package it back up.

Your portfolio

Show problem solving that moved a commercial lever, not just well-made screens. We want evidence of the outcome, the craft behind it, the care in the finish, how you contributed to the Design System, and where AI tightened your process. How you write it says as much as what you show. Concise and clear is a signal of how you communicate. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Experience

Typically 5 to 8 years in product design, with a track record of owning problems end to end and influencing direction at a team level.

Behaviours & attitude

  • Patient-first mindset. You put patient outcomes first. Every decision weighs commercial growth against clinical safety and care, and you don't let one erode the other. You understand real health journeys well enough to make them simple, accessible and worth trusting.
  • Collaborative creation. You work well across product, engineering and clinical, and you know a good idea can come from any of them. You listen to feedback and take it on, using it to make the work better.
  • Curiosity. You ask why before how. You stay curious about the patient, the problem and the tools you use to solve it, and you're comfortable being a beginner when something new is worth learning.
