About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Product Design, UX/UI, and AI-Assisted Development professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects involving rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaborative development workflows.

The role focuses on creating realistic design and development scenarios, developing reference solutions, and building evaluation criteria that reflect how senior designers, product builders, and AI-native developers operate in modern product organizations.

You'll apply your expertise in product design, design systems, user experience, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development to help improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design realistic scenarios involving rapid prototyping, product development, and cross-functional product-design-engineering collaboration.
  • Develop tasks covering UX/UI design, design systems, component libraries, user research, usability testing, and visual design workflows.
  • Create AI-assisted development and vibecoding tasks involving natural-language-to-code workflows, rapid application development, and prototype creation.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Framer, Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit, and other modern design and development platforms.
  • Apply human-centered design principles, heuristic evaluation methods, design thinking frameworks, and iterative AI-assisted development methodologies.
  • Create reference prototypes, design specifications, usability reports, and development artifacts.
  • Develop evaluation rubrics that distinguish authentic senior-level design and product judgment from generic or template-driven work.
  • Evaluate outputs based on user experience quality, design thinking, technical feasibility, product impact, and execution excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
