Technical Product Lead
Founding Role | AgTech x AI
Our client is building the computational engine behind next-generation AgTech.
Here's the problem: their biologists, chemists and AI engineers are brilliant - and siloed. They need someone to own the bridge between them.
You'll:
- Be the founding product hire, blank canvas, direct line to the CEO and leadership team
- Turn scientific and engineering requirements into real specs, tickets and shipped work
- Build the product function from scratch (tooling and process — your call)
- Push back on senior scientists when the science and the roadmap disagree
