Lead Product Manager

Description
We are seeking a senior product leader to define and execute product strategy across a key area of music creation software and technology. This role is responsible for building clear product direction and aligning teams around business priorities.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate a product vision that connects customer needs, product strategy, and inMusic commercial priorities.
- Lead product planning across multiple products or product lines, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, sound/content, marketing, sales, customer support, and business leadership.
- Identify opportunities to extend technologies, workflows, content, platforms, or market insights across the broader inMusic portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and develop product managers while building a high-accountability product culture.

What You Bring
- Senior product leadership experience in music technology, hardware/software ecosystems, or adjacent technical product areas.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and executable product plans.
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort making prioritization decisions under ambiguity.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset with strong market, competitive, and data analysis capability.
- Ability to operate globally and build scalable ways of working across teams and brands.
