Are they a nice a team and do they have a good culture?
The team has one of the best product cultures around. Average tenure across the product team of 10 is roughly 4 years, which says a lot considering the product function was only established 6 years ago.
It’s ambitious and the bar is high, but people clearly enjoy being there. There’s a lot of trust, autonomy and ownership, with people encouraged to make decisions, challenge assumptions and focus on impact rather than just output.
They move quickly, but it’s not reckless. The mindset is to make a well-informed decision, learn from it and keep moving rather than getting stuck in analysis.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What would I actually be doing?
The product is tackling a pretty obvious problem: an industry still held back by slow, fragmented processes and outdated systems.
The Lead role will work on the company’s main product offerings, with a big focus on making it increasingly agentic. They’re right at the start of that journey, moving from AI simply assisting users to AI actually carrying out parts of the workflow itself.
Everything is signed off and they have all the AI licenses to make this happen.
It’s mission-led in a practical sense: improve how the industry works for the people using it every day.

What is the flexibility and pay like?
The role pays up to £105,000 plus benefits.
It’s hybrid in Manchester City Centre, with weekly office visits. The product team works closely with Engineering, Design and leadership, so there’s real value in being together to make decisions, challenge ideas and solve problems quickly.
There is still flexibility around how people structure their week and flexi working hours, but this will suit someone who sees some office time as a positive rather than a negative.
If this sounds interesting, apply or drop me a message.
And don’t worry if you don’t have an up-to-date CV. You can still easy apply, we can cross that bridge later.
