Lead Product Manager (Data) Location: UK (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Lead Product Manager (Data) An established and fast-growing digital consultancy is looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager (Data) to join its expanding Product capability.

Working with major public and private sector organisations, you'll lead the delivery of complex data products and platforms, helping clients unlock greater value from their data while shaping product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy where Product Managers work alongside Data Engineers, Architects, Designers, Analysts, and Delivery teams to solve challenging business problems using modern data technologies and product thinking.

The Role

You'll take ownership of data product strategy and delivery across a range of client engagements, ensuring products are aligned to user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading delivery of complex data products, platforms, and services
  • Defining product vision, roadmaps, and strategic priorities
  • Managing and prioritising product backlogs
  • Working closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts throughout delivery
  • Translating business and technical requirements into actionable product plans
  • Driving discovery, validation, and iterative delivery
  • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Defining KPIs, OKRs, and outcome measures
  • Coaching Product Managers and contributing to product best practice across the organisation.

About You

We're looking for Product Managers who combine strong product leadership with an understanding of modern data platforms.

You'll ideally have experience with:

  • Delivering data products, platforms, or data services
  • Working closely with Data Engineering teams
  • Data warehouses and modern data platforms
  • Data architecture and data modelling principles
  • Product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritisation
  • Agile product delivery
  • Stakeholder management at senior level
  • OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based delivery
  • Data governance and data quality
  • Leading multidisciplinary delivery teams
  • Consultancy, Government, or highly regulated environments (desirable)
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (desirable)
  • AI or Machine Learning products (desirable)
