Lead Product Manager | London Hybrid | 3 Days in office | £110,000 - £120,000
We're partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS business looking to appoint a commercially focused Lead Product Manager to shape the future of its carbon supply chain proposition.
This is a genuine opportunity to own the strategy, positioning and commercial success of a key product area, helping some of the world's largest organisations better understand, measure and reduce supply chain emissions.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll influence product direction, shape investment decisions, engage directly with customers and play a leading role in bringing innovative new capabilities to market.
If you're at your best combining product strategy with commercial thinking and customer insight, this is a role where you'll have real influence from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Defining and driving the long-term vision for the carbon supply chain proposition
- Translating customer needs, market trends and industry developments into a clear product strategy
- Working alongside Product, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams to deliver new propositions
- Prioritising roadmap initiatives and influencing strategic investment decisions
- Taking propositions from early concept through to launch and successful market adoption
- Supporting pricing strategy and go-to-market activity
- Acting as a senior product voice across the wider sustainability portfolio
- Using AI tools to enhance product delivery, customer value and internal ways of working

What We're Looking For:
You'll probably be an experienced Lead, Principal or Senior Product Manager who is comfortable working with ambiguity, setting direction and influencing senior stakeholders.
You'll bring:
- Strong experience managing B2B SaaS products
- A track record of defining, launching and growing successful products or propositions
- Experience within sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting or climate technology
- Commercial awareness with a good understanding of product performance and value creation
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams and translating technical capability into commercial outcomes
- A genuine interest in AI and the opportunities it creates for modern product organisations

We'd Be Particularly Interested If You Have:
- Experience with carbon accounting or Scope 3 emissions
- Knowledge of supply chain software or procurement technology
- Experience delivering AI-enabled product capabilities
- Exposure to proposition development and pricing strategy
