About Velia

Velia is a Swiss health technology company developing the next generation of smart rings to help people better understand and improve their health. Combining Swiss precision, advanced miniaturisation, and patented 360° Sensor Constellation technology, the Velia smart ring captures valuable physiological data through a discreet, comfortable design. Our vision is to advance preventive health by revealing the patterns that shape how the body recovers, adapts, and ages over time. By turning these patterns into meaningful insights and actionable guidance, we aim to empower people to make informed decisions, take a more proactive approach, and ultimately improve their long-term health.

About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Product Lead to help bring Velia's product vision to life. You'll turn ambitious product goals into exceptional consumer experiences, solving complex challenges at the intersection of hardware, software, and health science. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy, where you'll lead high-impact product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and leadership, you'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution to deliver measurable user and business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive product execution: Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, owning initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Own outcomes end-to-end: Identify the right problems to solve, lead product discovery and development, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build exceptional experiences: Translate complex health data and technology into simple, intuitive, and meaningful consumer experiences.
  • Champion the user: Leverage research, feedback, and analytics to understand user needs and inform product decisions.
  • Drive measurable results: Use data and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, retention, and business performance.
  • Make high-impact decisions: Balance user value, business objectives, scientific evidence, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Create alignment, remove blockers, and drive high-quality delivery across teams.
  • Own product quality: Maintain exceptional standards for usability, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities: Proactively uncover improvements through user insights, product performance, and emerging technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
