Lead Product Manager
Location: Bristol
Hybrid
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager (Data) to join a rapidly growing digital consultancy delivering transformative digital solutions for Public and Private sector clients. Working across strategy, design and technology, you will help organisations unlock greater value from their data through innovative data products and platforms.
As a Lead Product Manager (Data), you will lead product strategy and delivery, working with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts and business teams to define, build and optimise data solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities as a Lead Product Manager:
- Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.
- Develop product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product decisions and delivery plans.
- Work with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to shape modern data products and platforms.
- Support the design and evolution of data warehouses and data solutions.
- Define product objectives, KPIs, OKRs and success measures.
- Ensure data governance, quality standards and certification requirements are considered throughout delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.
- Support the development of Product Management capabilities across the organisation.

Experience you'll need as a Lead Product Manager:
- Strong experience delivering data products, platforms or services within complex environments.
- Background in data engineering or significant experience working closely with Data Engineering teams.
- Experience designing and delivering data warehouses and modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience defining product strategy, visions, roadmaps, priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear product decisions and delivery plans.
- Experience working with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts and senior stakeholders to deliver valuable data solutions.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience defining and measuring success through KPIs, OKRs or similar outcome-based frameworks.
- Experience coaching or supporting Product Managers and delivery teams.

Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering cloud-based data solutions in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning or advanced analytics products.
- Experience working within consultancy, government or highly regulated environments.
