The Role
At Numan, we’re shaping the next generation of intelligent healthcare experiences, blending human expertise and artificial intelligence to help people live healthier, happier, and longer lives.
This strategic leadership position sits at the heart of our Core Experience team, where you’ll shape how patients interact with healthcare across mobile, conversational, and AI-powered platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Product Direction & Strategy
- Translate long-term product strategy into actionable daily direction for the Core Experience team, ensuring every decision contributes to our vision.
- Partner with Product Leadership to define and shape the long-term trajectory of the product strategy.
- Break down strategic objectives into clear priorities and execution plans.
- Own prioritisation decisions, balancing:
- Patient value (outcomes, engagement)
- Business impact (growth, retention)
- Technical feasibility
- Ensure roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery processes stay aligned with sustainable long-term goals.
Product Discovery & Decision-Making
- Rethink challenges: Shift from "What features should we build?" to "What problems are we truly solving?"
- Lead product discovery across Core Experience, identifying high-impact opportunities that:
- Improve patient outcomes
- Support business performance
- Use research, analytics, and experimentation to:
- Reduce uncertainty
- Improve decision confidence
- Frame complex problems systematically, exploring multiple solution paths before committing to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Design (UX/UI)
- Engineering
- Clinical teams
- Balance data-driven insights with judgement, making bold but measured choices.

- Identify where predictive intelligence can meaningfully enhance patient interactions.
- Work alongside Design and Engineering to create experiences that combine:

- Traditional (apps, analytics)
- Design products that evolve with the patient, adapting to:

Requirements
We’re looking for a visionary Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and strategic growth.
Mandatory
- Proven leadership in high-growth consumer digital products—from rise to scale.
- Strong experience owning complex product areas, guiding teams from discovery through to delivery.
- Deep expertise in shipping mobile products with high engagement and adoption.
- A track record of translating strategy into excellent outcomes.
- Data-driven discipline—using research, analytics, and customer insight to shape decisions.
- Collaborative ownership in maturing Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Adaptive product judgement—navigating ambiguity, making tough trade-offs, and picking smart defaults.
- Agile discovery skills: Focus on understanding problems deeply before incubating solutions.
- Inspiring delivery mindset: ability to:
- Find rigor in complexity
- Align diverse stakeholders
- Accelerate momentum without compromising quality.
- Clear intuition for what makes a digital health product valuable—understanding:
- User psychology
- Trust mechanisms
- Long-term engagement patterns
- Strong enterprise storytelling—explain technical details to non-technical audiences and vice versa.

- Regulated industries experience (Healthcare, finance, pharma, insurance) is a strong plus.
- AI-service product design (e.g., generative AI, predictive models) experience.
