Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions. We combine scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that actually work. Backed by leading European VCs and founded by AI scientists, we are positioned at the intersection of two explosive growth markets: AI and beauty tech.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the go-to-market side of our product. Our team is strong on technology and delivery. What we need now is someone who owns the commercial half of product: who we sell to, what we package and price, how we launch, and how a customer gets from signature to value.

What You'll Do:

  • Turn ambiguity into clarity: take fuzzy problems from key enterprise accounts and come back with a crisp problem statement, a prioritized experiment and a decision.
  • Own packaging and pricing: tiers, bundles, API usage models, pilot-to-production pricing, expansion. Test it against real deals, not in a spreadsheet.
  • Own product launches end to end: plan, positioning, pricing, docs, enablement and measure adoption afterwards instead of moving straight to the next release.
  • Map the customer journey from first demo to go-live and expansion, and design onboarding that shortens time-to-first-value; turn what Customer Success does by hand into product.
  • Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs.
  • Be the product voice in commercial conversations: join enterprise calls, hear the objections first-hand, and bring them back into the roadmap.
  • Feed a prioritized, evidence-based demand signal to the delivery PMs and Engineering — you own the what and the why, they own the how.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • 6+ years in Product Management for B2B or B2B2C SaaS, with clear ownership of go-to-market — not only backlog and delivery.
  • You have taken products or major product lines to market commercially, and can tell us what worked, what didn't, and what the numbers were.
  • Real experience with pricing and packaging decisions, ideally including usage-based or API pricing.
  • Comfortable in customer and sales conversations, including enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical fluency: you define metrics, read product analytics, and can build a simple business case.
  • You have worked closely with Sales and Customer Success, not only with Engineering.
  • Strong discovery and delivery fundamentals: PRDs, prioritization, stakeholder updates, outcome-based planning (OKRs).
  • A strong command of LLMs and AI agents in your own daily work — you prototype with vibecoding to test an idea before it reaches the backlog, automate the routine parts of the job, and can show us what it changed in your output.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proactive, high-agency, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
