About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to help shape the strategy and future direction of our Credit and Investigations portfolios. In this senior leadership role, you’ll define portfolio vision, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and help evolve products for an AI-enabled future. Working across Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations and Sales, you’ll translate complex opportunities into clear strategies, deliverable roadmaps and measurable outcomes while supporting and developing Product Managers.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategy, vision and roadmap for your portfolio.
- Identify and validate opportunities for growth, innovation and portfolio development.
- Shape the portfolio’s evolution for an AI-enabled future, using Data Science, predictive modelling and automation to improve products and customer outcomes.
- Translate customer, market, regulatory and business needs into clear priorities and investment choices.
- Build compelling business cases and articulate the customer and commercial value of product investment.
- Turn strategy into delivery through close partnership with Technology, Data Science, Operations and customer-facing teams.
- Define meaningful measures of success and use evidence to inform decisions and future priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment around direction, trade-offs and investment.
Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience, including ownership and delivery of product or portfolio strategy.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect customer problems, market changes, technology and commercial opportunities.
- Experience turning complex or ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, roadmaps and outcomes.
- Strong commercial judgement and experience contributing to business cases or investment decisions.
- Experience working with data, analytics, Data Science, predictive modelling, automation or AI-enabled products.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with Technology, Data Science or delivery teams to take strategy through to execution.
- Experience line managing, coaching and developing product professionals.
