Are you ready to shape the future of everyday banking?
As a Lead Manager – Current Account Integration, you'll play a pivotal role in one of the Society’s most significant transformation programmes, helping to define and deliver the future current account experience for millions of members. Working at the heart of a high-profile product area, you'll influence strategic decisions, drive integration and migration activity, and ensure the right outcomes for members, colleagues and the wider business.
Joining the Current Accounts Integration team
You'll bring strong product management experience, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of banking products and proposition development. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Society, providing expert insight on current account products, customer journeys, and regulatory considerations, while leading complex analysis and shaping key business cases, investment decisions, and governance outcomes. Your ability to think strategically, communicate with impact, and navigate complexity will be essential in driving successful change.

Working Hours
The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35.
