This role requires relocation to Dubai

Our client is a fast-growing B2C consumer platform serving users across the Middle East.

The business is currently undergoing a significant transformation, with major investment across the tech organisation. As part of this evolution, they are building smaller, more senior and empowered product teams with a much stronger focus on customer insight, experimentation and measurable outcomes.

They are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a major consumer domain and play an important role in raising the overall standard of product management across the organisation.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to inherit a mature product function and manage an existing roadmap. The opportunity is to help shape how product is done, introduce stronger product disciplines and have a direct impact on the customer experience and commercial performance of the platform.

The Role

  • You will own the end-to-end consumer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention and renewal.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand where friction exists, why users behave the way they do and where the biggest opportunities lie. This means combining quantitative data with genuine customer discovery rather than relying solely on dashboards.
  • A major part of your role will be bringing strong product thinking into the organisation. You will champion continuous discovery, problem framing, outcome-based roadmaps, experimentation and evidence-led prioritisation.
  • Working closely with Design, Engineering and Data, you will ensure teams are aligned around customer problems and commercial outcomes rather than simply delivering features.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
