MRJ Partnership Opportunity
MRJ have partnered with a well funded start up who are changing the landscape how multinational organisations manage international tax and transfer pricing with their new innovative AI-driven enterprise tax SaaS platform.
The company is entering an exciting phase of growth as they prepare to scale internationally and currently seek an experienced Product Leader to work with the CEO & Founding team, to help shape the next generation of the platform, working at the intersection of AI, enterprise software and one of the world's most complex business domains.

The Opportunity
Working directly with the founders, customers and engineering team, you'll own the product roadmap and help shape both product strategy and execution.

- You'll spend time understanding customer challenges, validating opportunities, prioritising initiatives and working closely with engineering to deliver features that create measurable value for enterprise customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and evolve the product roadmap
- Translate customer, regulatory and commercial requirements into clear product priorities
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality AI-powered SaaS products
- Lead discovery with customers and gather continuous product feedback
- Prioritise features based on customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility
- Define success metrics and measure product adoption
- Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and long-term vision
- Help shape how AI can simplify complex enterprise workflows

What We're Looking For
With experience working in start ups / scale ups, we're looking for an innovative / AI First product leader, to help drive the company forward.
And it is expected that you will offer:
- A proven track record delivering successful B2B software products to market
- FinTech, RegTech, Tax Technology or Audit Technology industry knowledge
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- The ability to balance customer needs, commercial priorities and technical delivery
- Excellent product discovery and roadmap ownership experience
- A data-led approach to prioritisation and product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
