About the Role
My Product Path are working with a travel organisation to recruit an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, growth and performance of a high-profile Lounge proposition for a global leader in travel and lifestyle experiences.
You’ll lead the Lounge Squad across Lounge Access, Lounge Pre-Booking and Premium Lounge experiences, working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Partnerships and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap for the Lounge proposition.
- Drive commercial performance across revenue, utilisation, conversion, adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Lead product discovery using customer insight, data, research and experimentation.
- Shape pricing, packaging, premium propositions and bundled travel benefits.
- Lead a cross-functional product squad and drive outcome-focused delivery.
- Work with commercial and partnership teams to evolve the global lounge and supplier ecosystem.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends.
- Build business cases and prioritise investment based on customer and commercial value.
- Champion product best practice and mentor other Product Managers.

Requirements
- Significant experience in senior/lead product management roles.
- Proven ownership of complex customer-facing products or propositions.
- Strong commercial track record with products linked to revenue, growth or profitability.
- Experience defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of discovery, experimentation, analytics and customer insight.
- Excellent stakeholder and commercial communication skills.
- Experience in travel, loyalty, fintech, membership, marketplaces or similar ecosystems would be advantageous.
