Location: London (Hammersmith) or Altrincham
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Experience within travel, airport services, loyalty, fintech, financial services, membership programmes, marketplace businesses or digital platforms would be particularly advantageous.

As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Lead Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and growth of our Lounge ecosystem, including Lounge Access, Lounge Pre-Booking and Premium Lounge propositions.
This is a highly visible role responsible for one of Dragonpass' most important revenue-generating product domains and a critical part of the customer experience journey. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Partnerships, Operations and Finance teams to deliver products that create value for customers while driving measurable business growth.
The Opportunity
As Lead Product Manager, you'll own the vision, roadmap and performance of Dragonpass' Lounge Proposition, helping shape the future of airport travel experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
You'll combine customer insight, product expertise, commercial thinking and strategic decision-making to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver impactful outcomes for both customers and the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for Dragonpass' Lounge ecosystem, including Lounge Access, Lounge Pre-Booking and Premium Lounge experiences
- Lead product discovery through customer research, user feedback, behavioural analytics and market insight
- Drive product performance across customer, commercial and operational metrics
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Partnerships and Operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Own backlog prioritisation and product delivery within a cross-functional squad
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, adoption and revenue growth
- Develop data-driven business cases and investment recommendations
- Support proposition development, packaging, pricing and go-to-market activities
- Champion product management best practices and contribute to the development of the wider product function
- Mentor and support Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders where appropriate
Experience Required
- Significant experience in senior product management roles with ownership of customer-facing digital products, platforms or propositions
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience working on products with revenue, profitability or commercial performance responsibility
- Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working within agile product environments
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, business and technical priorities
