Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Milton Keynes Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary: up to £70,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Can you create amazing products and propositions that blow the minds of your customers? Are you willing to get stuck in and make a difference in a growing (10% YOY) business targeting to double SAAS revenue? Do you want to lead the market in partner/white label benefit products and outperform your peers with fantastic reward and recognition functionality?
We're looking for a dynamic Lead Product Manager to join our team and help shape and drive the future of our Employee Benefits platform.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll own the product roadmap, make things happen, develop ROI business cases, and build brilliant customer experiences that achieve commercial growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll balance customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities to deliver innovative digital products that drive engagement and measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle.
- Build ROI business cases and prioritize product development opportunities to deliver the maximum value.
- Own product performance, monitoring KPIs, customer feedback.
- Manage the Hapi and white label products, assess growth and profitability opportunities.
- Lead customer research, competitor analysis, and market sizing activities.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive adoption, engagement, self-service, UX and UI experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Present roadmap updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build new and innovative feedback loops that connect with both the customers of our platform and the employers who use and manage it.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven Product Management experience within a digital platform, SaaS, B2B2C, or customer-facing environment is a given, and a must for this role.
- Creativity and a passion for brilliant customer experiences that are deeply rooted in understanding customer journeys and conversion rate optimizations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development. The numbers always must make sense in this role.
- Excellent analytical skills, rapidly turning data into actionable insight and getting it done.
- Experience owning and delivering product roadmaps in Agile environments, growing fast, and adapting to change.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and C-suite executives.
Desirable:
- Experience leading product teams or multidisciplinary squads.
- Experience within Employee Benefits, HR Tech, InsurTech, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Up to date with the latest trends in flexible benefits provision.
