Who are we?
At Qflow, we're on a mission to transform one of the world's most impactful industries: construction. Our platform provides easily captured, data-driven insights that empower construction teams to make better decisions, improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing costs and helping to mitigate project risk.
By combining construction expertise with software engineering, artificial intelligence and cutting-edge data science, we deliver real-time visibility into materials, waste, quality, cost and carbon throughout the construction lifecycle.
Having established Qflow as a trusted solution across many of the UK's leading Tier 1 contractors, developers and utilities companies, we're now expanding rapidly across North America and international markets. Today, our platform is deployed across billions of pounds worth of construction projects worldwide, and we're continuing to grow at pace.
We're looking for an experienced product leader to help shape the next generation of Qflow's platform. You'll work at the heart of the business, translating customer problems into valuable product experiences and partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial teams to deliver products that create measurable impact for our customers.
If you're naturally curious, love solving customer problems and enjoy turning complexity into simple, scalable products, we'd love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to influence a product that's transforming one of the world's largest industries while working alongside a collaborative, ambitious team during an exciting period of growth.
Your team and your role
Our Product team exists to ensure we're solving the right problems for our customers while delivering products that create measurable business value.
As a Product Lead, you'll own the product end-to-end, working closely with both the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Engineering to translate strategy into delivery. You'll develop a deep understanding of our users, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations to maximise the impact of every sprint.
You'll collaborate daily with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Data teams to continuously validate problems, prioritise opportunities and deliver features that delight customers.
This role offers the opportunity to shape both what we build and how we build it, contributing to the evolution of our product practices as Qflow continues to scale internationally.
What you'll be doing
Product Leadership
- Own and prioritise Qflow’s product roadmap, ensuring work aligns with company objectives and customer value.
- Make informed prioritisation decisions balancing customer needs, commercial impact, technical complexity and delivery capacity. You will ensure transparency in prioritisation decisions and clear communication with the wider team on impacts and expected results.
- Manage and mentor a junior product manager, and ensure their work aligns with the wider vision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
