About YOU As The Lead Product Marketing Manager

  • Portfolio Leadership: Serve as the product marketing lead for an assigned portfolio, developing a deep understanding of the products, customers, competitive landscape, and commercial priorities, while independently driving PMM strategy across the product lifecycle.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Synthesize customer and commercial feedback, market research, competitive intelligence, beta feedback, and product adoption data to define target audiences, validate product-market fit, develop a clear point of view on the market and competitive landscape, and inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Commercialization: Develop commercialization strategies that define the target customer, customer problem, differentiated value, competitive position, route to market, and requirements for commercial readiness.
  • Go-to-Market Operations: Drive GTM discipline across your product portfolio, including product tiering, target audiences, exit criteria, launch gates, readiness reviews, and shared launch definitions. Apply and help evolve the systems that keep cross-functional teams aligned from early planning through launch.

  • Marketing Enablement: Partner with Product to educate internal and external audiences, and collaborate with commercial, Design, Research, and Content teams to create scalable collateral, product documentation, sales tools, training, FAQs, and adoption guidance.
  • Proof & Market Validation: Build the evidence that supports DT's positioning by partnering with commercial teams, Research, and customers to develop proof points, customer stories, case studies, and other evidence validating product value.
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Define success measures before launch, monitor customer feedback and adoption after launch, and recommend changes to messaging, enablement, or commercialization plans based on results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
