Our team is engaging, inquisitive, and inclusive, reflecting many different beliefs and backgrounds. We welcome people who can bring diversity to our team, and work towards a shared goal to deliver an exceptional investment experience.

Your Role

As part of Wealthify's award-winning Product Team, reporting to the Head of Product, you'll play a key role in driving growth through exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering changes to improve acquisition and optimize conversion rates through seamless onboarding journeys.

You'll work within a dedicated Scrum team comprising CRO specialists, Designers, Software Engineers, and Testers, taking ownership of the product backlog and ensuring the team delivers impactful improvements to how customers discover and join Wealthify. This role is an opportunity to shape the first impression customers have of investing, removing friction and building confidence from their very first interaction.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning and prioritizing the acquisition and onboarding product roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and business value.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry best practices.
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve acquisition funnels and onboarding experiences using data-driven insights and conversion rate optimization principles.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to assess performance, run experiments, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Validating solutions through prototyping, A/B testing, and customer research to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
  • Defining KPIs and success metrics for acquisition and onboarding initiatives to measure impact and demonstrate ROI.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across Senior Leadership, Fincrime, Operations, and Customer Care to ensure regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, and exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Working closely with operational onboarding specialists and Fincrime teams to understand and manage risks whilst delivering improved customer experiences that balance conversion optimization with compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with your Scrum team - CRO specialists, Designers, Software Engineers, and Testers - to design and deliver solutions that reduce friction, increase conversion, and create positive first experiences.
  • Creating and maintaining the product backlog with well-written, prioritized stories aligned with acquisition and conversion optimization goals, ensuring 2-3 sprints of refined, estimated work ready for development.
  • Organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies including refinement sessions, 3 amigos, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, working with your Scrum team to break down features into testable increments with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Balancing the cost of change versus impact, making pragmatic trade-off decisions to maximize value delivery while maintaining delivery momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
