Sportswear sits at the intersection of sport, style and culture. As Lead Professional, Brand Marketing, Nike Sportswear, UK & Ireland, you'll help shape how Nike connects with consumers across one of the brand's most influential and culturally dynamic marketplaces.
You'll bring the Nike Sportswear vision to life through storytelling, experiences and cultural connections that deepen consumer affinity, drive relevance and strengthen Nike's position in the marketplace.
Who You'll Work With
You'll be part of the UK & Ireland Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, UK & Ireland Brand Marketing. You'll work closely with Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Retail Marketing, Communications, Social & Digital, Sales and Marketplace teams to deliver integrated consumer experiences.
You'll also build strong relationships with external partners, communities and cultural voices across the territory while maintaining close connections with EMEA Nike Sportswear and Global teammates.

We're looking for an experienced brand marketeer with a passion for sport, style and culture, a curiosity for the consumer, and a strong instinct for uncovering insights and stories that deepen Nike's connection with the next generation.

You'll bring:
- Experience in brand marketing and/or brand management, with a strong focus on integrated marketing.
- Proven success developing consumer-led campaigns, experiences and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland consumer landscape, including London's influence on sport, style and culture.
- Experience building relationships with external partners, communities, talent and organisations.
- Ability to influence across functions and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into marketing opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sport, culture and product, with an eye for emerging trends.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change.

What You'll Work On
As the Lead Professional, Brand Marketing, Nike Sportswear, UK & Ireland, you'll drive the Nike Sportswear offence across the marketplace through integrated marketing campaigns, consumer experiences and cultural connections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bringing the Nike Sportswear vision to life through seasonal marketing plans and key marketplace moments.
- Translating EMEA and Global priorities into locally relevant stories, experiences and campaigns.
- Identifying consumer and cultural opportunities and turning insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
- Leading integrated campaigns from strategy through execution with key cross-functional partners.
- Gathering consumer and marketplace insights to inform future opportunities and priorities.
- Building authentic relationships with cultural leaders, communities and partners.
- Partnering across marketing and marketplace functions to deliver a connected consumer offence.
While focused on Nike Sportswear, you'll have opportunities to contribute to broader UK & Ireland marketing priorities as business needs evolve.
