A Tidy Mind London is a premium home transformation studio working with discerning households and businesses across London and beyond. We are looking for an experienced Lead Professional Organiser to join our growing team and lead projects independently to the highest standard.
This role is for someone who goes beyond making spaces look pretty. We are spatial thinkers, system designers and transformation specialists. If you are an organiser who wants more - more creativity, more impact, more challenge - this is the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Lead organising projects independently without the founder present
- Work one on one with high net worth and premium clients
- Deliver whole-home resets, wardrobe edits, house moves and commercial projects
- Design and implement practical, sustainable organising systems
- Represent A Tidy Mind London to the highest professional standard at all times
- Brief and manage assistant organisers on site when required
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a professional organiser working with premium or high net worth clients - this is non-negotiable
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and make confident decisions on site
- A genuine belief that organising is about function, flow and transformation - not just aesthetics
- Impeccable client manner - warm, professional, discreet and confident
- Strong spatial vision - you walk into a space and immediately see the solution
- Adaptable and willing to work the ATML way - our standards, our systems, our approach
- Fast paced, reliable and nothing is too much

Background that would suit this role:
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Professional organising with high end or HNWI clients
- Interior design or interior styling
- Personal styling or wardrobe consultancy
- PA or household management at a senior level
Practical details:
- Freelance, self employed
- Regular availability required - ideally 2-4 days per week
- On-site across London with occasional travel beyond
