Commercial Analytics Programme Lead

£100,000 - £120,000 P/A + Significant Equity
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology businesses to hire a Commercial Analytics Programme Lead. This is a senior, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of commercial, analytics, operations and programme management. You’ll own the commercial analytics programme across the company’s strategic accounts, using data to improve performance, profitability and growth.
The role goes far beyond producing analysis. You’ll identify what the numbers are telling you, diagnose the root cause of commercial and operational issues, and mobilise teams across the business to fix them.

The Role as the Lead Program Manager:
- Own commercial analytics across the strategic account portfolio
- Turn client and Account Management priorities into clearly defined internal programmes
- Diagnose performance, quality and profitability issues across the end-to-end operation
- Coordinate teams across Operations, Finance, Quality, Growth and Analytics to deliver improvements
- Build the reporting cadence and commercial narrative for major clients
- Join MBRs, strategic reviews and escalations as the analytics voice in the room
- Manage a Commercial Analyst and coordinate wider analytical resources
- Ensure internal delivery remains aligned with external client commitments

- Strong programme management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Excellent analytical and commercial judgement
- Genuine senior client-facing experience
- The ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling presentations
- Experience managing direct and dotted-line teams
- Confidence challenging stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority
- A relentless approach to ownership and follow-through
