Providing administrative assistance to the project site team, ensuring the smooth running of various functions.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Onboarding of new starters – to include use of WIMS system for vetting applications, collation of SQEP packs, booking inductions, booking building inductions, locker management, identifying / ordering tablets & accessories
- Management of timesheets, holiday requests, recording & reporting
- Management of visit requests – site booking, building booking, issuing PPE when needed
- Administrative support – including document formatting and non-technical review
- Management of PPE – issue, stock, ordering
- Booking meeting rooms (on & off-site)
- Delivery Management System bookings support
- Management of office supplies – stock, ordering
- Point of Contact for facilities management – desk space / storage / facilities issues
- Point of contact for IT issues
- Project update communications
- Assisting with internal audits
