About The Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Lead Project Manager to spearhead key initiatives within their organisation in Stoke-on-Trent. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of a portfolio of diverse projects. Your expertise will be vital in setting project standards, mentoring team members, and driving high performance across all project activities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the planning and execution of a portfolio of strategic projects.

Requirements
- Significant experience as a Project Manager, with a substantial portion in a lead or senior management role.
