Lead Project Manager - Brand & Product Assets

Global Marketing Program Management Team

Location: Zurich, Berlin, London (preferred)

In Short

Born in the Swiss Alps with the goal of revolutionizing the sportswear industry, On has become the world's fastest-growing premium sportswear brand.

We're on a mission to ignite the human spirit through movement, staying true to our deep roots in performance running while growing our relevance with those who move in other ways.

To support this ambition, we are looking for a strong project manager with agency experience to drive our Product & Digital Copy projects.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing Program Management – Brand & Product Assets.

The role oversees and coordinates copy development across a wide range of consumer and commercial touchpoints, including CRM emails, product description pages (PDPs), B2B sell-in tools for partners, and retail marketing assets such as footwear wall copy. It also includes product and style naming, development of new terminology (evergreen), and copy for hangtags, packaging, and brand guidelines across all verticals and Special Projects.

This role ensures copy is strategically aligned, delivered on time, and consistently expresses the brand voice across all channels and markets.

If you have experience managing copy processes, understand what makes a strong creative brief, and have a genuine passion for language, this could be the right opportunity to make your mark.

We particularly welcome candidates with diverse life and professional experiences, perspectives, and working styles.

Your Mission

  • Own and drive end-to-end project management for all product and digital copy projects, ensuring briefs are complete and aligned through proactive cross-functional validation, copy outputs accurately reflect the brief, and both master English copy and translations are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Ops team to allocate copywriters and proactively manage their workload by tracking timelines and prioritization.
  • Support the Head of Marketing Program Management – Brand & Product Assets to define and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • Foster strong alignment across the wider Marketing Program Management team to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Monitor efficiency and key performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize and refine approaches for maximum impact.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in developing solutions that maintain momentum and deliver strong outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
