This position reports to:
Local Division Manager
Job Summary
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Project Management Office team in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will support project managers in defining, implementing, and applying project management policies and work instructions. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to the definition and implementation of project execution strategy. This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Division in UK.

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: hybrid
- Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your area of responsibility, delivering superior service experience and driving relentless improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Working with the customer (while on-site) in identifying opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points.
- Overseeing project management activities at the portfolio level through project reviews with the management team and project managers.
- Serving as an escalation point for individual and systemic project management issues and taking an active role in resolving escalated issues.

Qualifications For The Role
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost control, and vendor/subcontractor management within the electrical industry.
- Strong collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Advance Planning, Scheduling and Organisational skills.
- Strong commitment to professional development with a relevant certification in project management, with Lean Six Sigma being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and engage face to face with our customer.
