Shape the technology roadmap of a fast-growing financial services business.
We're looking for a Lead Python Developer to build and lead the next generation of data platforms, automation and business-critical applications. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership, influence technical direction and work directly with senior leadership in a business where your impact will be seen immediately.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Python application and data platform development.
- MUST HAVE: Python, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
- Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices.
- Work closely with the business to deliver innovative, AI-driven solutions using Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
What We're Looking For

- Strong commercial Python development experience.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL and data engineering.
- Azure Data Factory and Power BI experience.
- Previous technical leadership experience.
- Financial services experience is highly desirable.
