The Role
The Engineering Technology Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions that align with the organisation's business objectives. This individual will work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and Agile teams to improve tools, systems, and platforms that enhance the company's ability to provide cutting-edge services to their customers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business needs and functional designs into scalable and effective software solutions.
- Designing and developing foundational architecture components that align with best practices and support future-state objectives.
- Leveraging backend engineering expertise (Python) to deliver solutions and mentor team members.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to foster a collaborative and positive engineering culture.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for both team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
