Job title: Lead React Developer

Location: Dunstable, UK (Hybrid for 3 days/week)

Job type: 3PT contract or FTC for 4 months

Years of experience: 8-12 yrs

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the React build for Drops 3, 4 and 5 and the front-end hardening across Drops 1 and 2.
  • Set component structure, state management and front-end coding standards; review the offshore front-end engineers' work.
  • Build the dynamic task and form rendering that sits over the task-management data model.
  • Work with UX to close accessibility, performance and error-state gaps.
  • Drive front-end automation and Definition of Done with QA.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Eight years or more front-end engineering, with deep React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience leading a front-end team and setting standards, not just building.
  • Comfort with dynamic, config-driven UI rendering and complex form logic.
  • Onsite lead presence; able to unblock offshore engineers across time zones.
