DENTAL RECEPTION TEAM OPPORTUNITIES

Lead Receptionist/TCO & Dental Receptionist

Locations: Wallasey (CH44) / Edge Hill / Picton (L7)

Full-Time: Up to 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Pay: Banding discussed at interview, depending on experience

Driving Licence: Preferred for the Lead Receptionist/TCO role

Join Our Growing Dental Team

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Dental Receptionists to join our busy practices across Wallasey, Edge Hill and Picton.

We have two opportunities available, depending on your level of experience:

Lead Receptionist/TCO

For an experienced dental professional with 3+ years' experience working within a dental practice, including strong dental reception experience.

You will take a lead role in supporting reception performance, patient journeys and practice growth, including:

  • Leading and supporting reception teams across the practices.
  • Coordinating treatment plans and supporting patients with treatment options.
  • Confidently discussing private treatment, finance and appropriate upgrades.
  • Supporting KPIs, commercial targets and practice performance.
  • Training and mentoring reception team members.
  • Working closely with clinicians and Practice Managers to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Previous Lead Receptionist, Senior Receptionist or TCO experience would be advantageous.

Dental Receptionist

For an experienced Dental Receptionist with a minimum of 12 months' dental reception experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
  • Managing appointments, recalls and patient enquiries.
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with patient queries.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team.
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of the reception area and an excellent patient experience.

For both roles, you'll need to be professional, organised, confident and patient-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy dental environment.
