About Loud Solutions
Founders and CEOs don't fail from lack of effort. They fail from lack of stage-specific focus.
Loud Solutions is the embedded people partner for funds and founder-led companies scaling fast. Talent acquisition, performance, retention, HR ops: we own the whole function, the way a founder would if they had the time. We sit inside the business, working the problem alongside the team, day after day.
We build infrastructure that works even after we've left the room. Build it. Lead it. Leave it. All on your terms.
We're now looking for someone driven, organized, and relentlessly resourceful to join our internal team. If you love the hunt for great talent, know how to build a recruiting function, and want real ownership over how it runs day-to-day, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As Recruiting Lead, you'll own recruiting end-to-end at Loud Solutions, running the entire function from sourcing through offer. You'll manage the full lifecycle across our internal hiring and our client portfolio: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and everything in between.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of autonomy. You'll drive the day-to-day process and have real say in how it's shaped. You'll work closely with the Head of Delivery to make sure recruiting stays aligned with delivery expectations and client needs, keeping them looped in on progress along the way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
