Client Interviewer (Recruitment Experience Required) – 2-Week Contract
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: Fixed-Term (2 Weeks)
Start Date: 11th August
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
About TalentHive
TalentHive is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support an exciting client project. This is a short-term opportunity for someone who excels at conducting professional interviews and engaging with candidates.
You'll be leading interviews with candidates who have already been shortlisted, acting as an extension of our client's hiring team and ensuring every candidate has a professional, engaging interview experience.
The Role
This role is focused entirely on conducting interviews on behalf of one of our clients. Candidates will already have been shortlisted, so there is no sourcing, screening, or business development involved. Your responsibility will be to lead structured interviews, assess candidates against the agreed criteria, and provide detailed interview feedback to support hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates on behalf of our client.
- Create a positive, professional, and engaging interview experience.
- Assess candidates against role requirements and competencies.
- Ask insightful follow-up questions to evaluate suitability and cultural fit.
- Produce clear, objective interview notes and recommendations.
- Represent both TalentHive and our client professionally throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with the TalentHive team to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or interviewing candidates.
- Confidence leading competency and behavioural interviews.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong judgement and ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple scheduled interviews.
- Comfortable conducting interviews via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Availability
This is a 2-week assignment beginning on 11th August. Applicants must be immediately available and able to commit to the full duration of the project.
